This is a semi-auto product, and it has style of direct line, turning and inclining. We can design all kinds of structure in order to saving space, ex double layer, double line, flexible. The structure is simple, with high reliability, and the maintenance is convenient. It can endure biggish impact loading. Roller Diameter:25.4, 38.1, 50.8, 57, 60, 63, 75, 89, 104(mm).
Installation method: spring shaft, inner (outer) screw thread end, double flat end, double pin hollow end. Surface treatment:stainless steel, zincification(chroming), wrap plastic etc. Roller Sort:Metal (plastic) end cover, taper, accumulate, right angle knuckle roller, block side roller. Small end diameter of taper roller:38.1 mm, 50.8 mm.
Supporting Bearing: precision bearing, pressing bearing, and dustproof bearing. Gravity roller conveyor is widely used in conveying of regular objects or bottom-flatted objects such as various cases, bags, small or strange-shaped goods should be put in slaver and turnover case to convey.
